Returning or exchanging of online orders within the EU

You can return/exchange your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days after receipt of the goods on condition you bought it online at www.spiegelgrachtjuweliers.nl.

You can return the purchase in our store in Amsterdam or we can arrange free collection at your home address (free collection applies only for addresses in the Netherlands and for orders above €500).

All return shipments outside the Netherlands and for orders under €500 are sent on your sole cost and expense.

Complete this revocation form if you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Any watch may be returned provided the watch is in the exact same condition as it was sold (unworn & with protective film intact) and includes all the boxes, papers, books, accessories and the Spiegelgracht Juweliers invoice. Upon receipt, the item will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure that the watch is in original condition in which it was sold. Products that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for refund.

This return policy is for on-line EU sales only: all in-store and outside the EU sales are final.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 14 days to the original method of payment.
