In 2003, Rolex marked the 50th anniversary of the Submariner with the launch of the reference 16610LV. This model is known among watch collectors as the ”Kermit”. This was the first Rolex Submariner with a green colored bezel combined with a Maxi dial. The Submariner 16610LV was only in production for a period of 7 years during which the model underwent several changes.
